About the event
Art therapy group: hosted by Identity Insights clinician, Randi Atwood, BA, MS, LSW (she/her). This group is a supportive and creative space where participants are invited to explore thoughts, emotions, and personal experiences through art-making. No artistic experience is required; the focus is on self-expression, reflection, and growth rather than the final product. Through guided art activities and group discussion, members will have opportunities to build insight, develop coping skills, and connect with others in a safe and respectful environment.
Attendance isn't mandatory every week, however, it is encouraged.
8 sessions; 75 minutes each, scheduled from February 9th to
March 30th, offered weekly on Mondays from 12:30pm-1:45pm.
Insurance Accepted: Rocky Mountain Health Plans commercial and medicaid, UMR, Optum, Aetna, Anthem BCBS
Self Pay: $50.00/per meeting or $400.00 total
