You may be in a season of searching or facing a difficult transition. I believe you already hold the inner wisdom and resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges through deeper self-understanding and awareness of your relationships.

I offer a supportive space to pause, reflect, and uncover the answers within you. Together, we’ll turn inward to ease distress and cultivate greater clarity, alignment, and fulfillment. Along the way, you’ll build self-knowledge and self-compassion—strengthening your resilience and clarifying what truly matters as you navigate life’s twists and turns.

Through intentional introspection and a willingness to turn inward, we will discover a path that eases unnecessary suffering and leads you toward a more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling version of yourself. Together, we will work to relieve the stress, pain, shame, or blame you may be carrying– both in your own life and in your relationships.

I support individuals, couples and families facing a challenging life transition. Living in today's world can cause all kinds of conflicting expectations in our many intrapersonal relationships. I help you as an individual find your "voice" and remember what it is that makes you "sing" in each of your diverse roles.

I would be honored to be a part of your emotional journey. I'm available for online telehealth sessions and can adapt to your busy schedule. Telehealth sessions allow you to access the mental health care you need from the comfort & privacy of your home. If you have any questions, I'm here to talk.

EDUCATION

Lilia Ramil has a Masters’ Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University in California. Lilia was raised in Kailua, Hawaii and lived abroad in China, Burma, Italy, and Spain. Navigating several different cultures and languages has made her a compassionate advocate for those who struggle to define (or defend) one’s own individual identity. Lilia is passionate about helping individuals discover and cultivate his/her/their own, uniquely beautiful “voice” and true essence.
